TERM & CONDITIONS

-All items are brand new
-All the prices in our website are fixed. Prices are not negotiable
-Variation in colour may occur due to different screens and sunlight. Original colour might be slightly different from picture due to the computer monitor setting. If there is any different between the picture and real item, we will refer the real item as standard. We didn't accept the quality issue as return or refund excuses.
-We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods. You shop at your own risks. However, we will make sure the goods are in perfect condition before shipping.
-Clothes or garments are very subjective product. We do write the measurement on the product. Please check them before your drop the order. We do not refund in terms of personal subjective or small blemishes. Please subject to the actual products measurement.
-Buyer should allow within 1-3cm discrepancies for the measurements stated on dresses due to different ways of measurement.
-Goods are NOT Refundable & Exchangeable (except certain reason).

Condition under which return of goods are applicable:
-Broken or defective buttons, missing buttons
-Big patches of stains
-Dropped stitches, exposed notches and raw edges
-Fabric defects, holes
-Faulty zippers
-Wrong gradation of sizes based on your order for example difference in measurement of various parts of a garment like sleeves of XL size for body of L size garment can deteriorate the garments beyond repair.
-Wrong Colour, for example: yellow and black

We Do Not accept:
-Pulled or loose yarn
-Fade of colour / stain after wash
-Small dots of stain
-Loose or hanging sewing threads
-Loose buttons
-Stench ( usually goes off after the first wash)
-Slight colour difference between the actual and photo colour
-Light stain on light colour fabric
-Defects by human factor: torn, bursting at the seams, loose
