DELIVERY

• We currently shipping locally in Malaysia. If you are foreign buyer and interested in purchasing our product, you are welcome contact us (conceptofinfinity2013@gmail.com)  for more payment and delivery detail.
• All paid packages will be shipped out another day (excluding weekends and bank holidays) upon payment confirmation.
•  NO MEET-UP and SELF COLLECTION!
• A return address will be attached for each parcel. If parcel is returned to us due to wrong address given by you, we will correct address and post out again, but buyer will need to bear the cost of 2nd time delivery.
• Once we have posted your item, we will send you a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment here: http://www.pos.com.my/pos/appl/service/sub_poslaju.asp
• We will not be responsible for damage or lost goods during post delivery
• If your order is above RM100, no delivery charge will be applied.
• We’ll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has left our warehouse. 
• Please check the items before signing consignment receipt upon arrival of products, please sign the receipt yourself, we are not responsible for whoever has signed for the goods at the consignment delivery point.

Post Ekspres (RM3 each parcel)
- Usually takes 3-5 working days to be delivered.
- Product will be delivered to your mailbox by Post Malaysia, no tracking is available.
- We will not be liable for missing parcels via normal mail. Thus, we highly encourage our customers to opt for Post Laju.

Post Laju
- 1 to 3 items: RM 6 (West Malaysia), RM 8 (East Malaysia)
- 4 to 6 items: RM 10 (West Malaysia), RM 12 (East Malaysia)  - You will receive your order the next working afternoon after we have sent out the package.
- It's fully trackable
 - Free-Of-Charge, for purchases RM300 and above in a single order
- A delivery advice will be left on your doorstep if you missed the postman delivery. You can collect your item together with your NRIC and delivery advice at the post office stated after 1 working day.
